Concealed carry: 38 in pocket, 357 in console Plinking: 22 rifle and pistol, and always squeeze off a few 38s & 357s, and some ‘06s. Hunting: Camera (nothing against hunting at all, just not my thing) Long range: I shoot on my own property and haven’t got my range done yet. Trying for 100 yards. That will then be for the Remington ’06, and M1 Garand. Just plain shooting fun: Turn the g-kids loose with 22s, and some bigger bores (all supervised, of course)
When the kids and g-kids visit it sounds like a war zone here.

Browning X-Bolt Varmint Stalker (.308) - Vortex Crossfire 4-16x50mm - Fun medium-long range plinker, all-around good hunting rifle in a very versatile cartridge.
Browning BAR MkII Safari (.30/06) - Redfield Revolution 4-12x40mm - It's been my go-to hunting rifle for the past ten years. It's hunted everything from hogs in FL, to elk in CO, to caribou in AK, and everything in between. I've recently retired this gun as it holds considerable sentimental value. The X-Bolt is my go-to gun now.
Browning BuckMark Target Rifle (.22lr) - Center Point 4-16x50mm - My .22 Benchrest and Tactical Match gun. I also use it for falling plate matches.
Ruger 10/22 Match (.22lr) - BSA 1x Red Dot - Used to fill the role of the BuckMark, but is now my rabbit and ptarmigan hunting rifle. Equipped with a fluted bull barrel and Houge stock. Also has a single-set trigger.
Benelli Nova MAX4 Camo (12ga) - Daffy Duck's worst nightmare.
SigSauer SP2022 (9mm) - My everyday carry gun for non-woods areas. It points like a dream and puts every round where I want it.
Glock G20SF (10mm) - My all-around woods defense gun. Enough uumph for bears if it ever came to that.
Browning BuckMark Camper (.22lr) - Fun range plinker and practice gun. I use it for steel plate shoots as well.
